February 2018 marks our 20th anniversary!  I love working with so many wonderful clients and being a part of the team.  When I first went into practice almost thirty years ago my objective was simple. I wanted to help people during the exciting, but sometimes challenging process of starting a business, buying or selling a business, purchasing or selling real estate or passing on the assets that they had worked hard to accumulate. When I opened my own practice, my objective was still the same. I collaborate with my clients and the other professionals that make up the professional team so we can help the client achieve their goals.  Together we can create great outcomes and strong businesses.

I want my clients to really understand the legal issues involved. I want my clients to understand their options and be engaged with determining how to accomplish their goals. I want my clients to know that I am part of their team and part of the solution.

With an office on the near west side of Madison, we are conveniently located with easy parking. We are cost effective, timely and team oriented.
